The words of Allah Ta'ala and His Messenger (peace be upon him).

Here is the fiqh collected from the Tafsir of the Quran and from the interpretation and summary of the Hadiths. Remember, people are not free from error. But Allah’s words and His Messenger’s words definitely free from error and mistake. Verily, we believe that Allah Ta’ala and His Messenger (peace be upon him) told the truth. We love Allah and His Messenger very much by words and works than in our life. Insha Allah, we will never abandon Islam until we meet with Allah Ta’ala.

1. Those who set up Partner with Allah and die while they are Al-Mushrikun (those who worship others along with Allah) or disbelievers, then Allah surely never forgive them in the Hereafter.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with Him (in worship), but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He wills; and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse 48]

2. Purified people are those whom Allah Ta’ala sanctifies and He does not deal with injustice in anyone in the least. But few of Allah’s slaves are grateful.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Have you not seen those who claim sanctity for themselves. Nay, but Allah sanctifies whom He wills, and they will not be dealt with injustice even equal to the thread on a date-stone.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse 49]

3. One who guides others to do good will get the reward like the reward of that who completes the good deed.

Narrated Abu Mas’ud al-Ansari (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “If anyone guides someone to a good (deed), he will get the reward like the reward of the one who does it.” [Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith No. 5129]

4. There is Much superiority for Muslim scholars.

As narrated by Abu Umamah Al-Bahili (RA); Two men were mentioned before the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). One of them a worshiper, and the other a scholar. So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “The superiority of the scholar over the worshiper is like my superiority over the least of you.” Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Indeed Allah, His Angels, the inhabitants of the heavens and the earths – even the ant in his hole, even the fish – makes dua of the welfare upon the one who teaches the people to do good.” [Jami’ at-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 2685]
,

5. There are many superiorities and dignities for the seeker of knowledge of the religion.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Seeking knowledge is a duty upon every Muslim. And verily, everything asks forgiveness for the seeker of knowledge, even the fishes in the sea.” [Sahih Al-Jami’, Hadith No. 3914]
,

6. Those who think themselves pure are like those who are inventing a lie against Allah.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Look, how they invent a lie against Allah, and enough is that as a manifest sin.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse 50]
،

7. It is a horrible sin to intentionally hide religious knowledge and its similar things.

Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “He who is asked something he knows and conceals it, then Allah will bridle him a bridle of fire on the Day of Resurrection.” [Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith No. 3658]
,

8. Verily, Hell is waiting also for those who seek religious knowledge with bad intentions.

Narrated Ibn Ka’b bin Malik (RA) from his father that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying: “Whoever seeks knowledge to contend with the scholars, or to use it to argue with the fools, and to have people’s faces turn towards him, then Allah will admit him in Hell.” [Jami’ at-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 2654]
,

9. Those who prioritize the religion that is displeasing to Allah on His chosen religion (Islam) and consider the believers astray are the worst people. And of course, they are cursed.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture? They believe in Jibt and Taghut (i.e., magic, Satan, and all the false deities) and say to the disbelievers that they are better guided as regards the way than the believers (Muslims). They are those whom Allah has cursed, and he whom Allah curses, you will not find for him (any) helper.” [Surah An-Nisa, verses 51 – 52]
،

10. If the Jews had an abundance of wealth, they would not give a little thing to the people for the sake of Allah.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Or have they a share in the dominion? Then in that case they would not give mankind even a speck on a date seed.” [Surah An-Nisa, verses 53]
،

11. Verily, it is a grave sin to seek religious knowledge and its similar things for the purpose of worldly gain.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (RA) said, The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever acquires knowledge by which the pleasure of Allah is sought, but he only acquires it for the purpose of worldly gain, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.” [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 252]
,

12. It is considered a great deed to convey exactly the words of Allah Ta’ala and His Messenger (peace be upon him) to everyone.

Abdullah bin Mas’ud (RA) said, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying: “May Allah gladden a man who hears something from us, so he conveys it as he heard it. Perhaps the one it is conveyed to is more understanding than the one who heard it.” [Jami’ At-Tirmidhi, Hadith No. 2657]
,

13. Indeed, envy is a major sin. And it destroys the envier’s life until he repents to Allah.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Or do they envy men for what Allah has given them of His Bounty? Verily, I had already given the family of Ibrahim the Scripture and wisdom, and I gave them a great kingdom.” [Surah An-Nisa, verses 54]
،

14. Verily, Hell is sufficient as a punishment for those who die while they are disbelievers in Allah Ta’ala and His Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Allah Ta’ala said: “Some of them were who believed in him (Muhammad ﷺ), and some of them were who averted their faces from him (Muhammad ﷺ). And Hell is sufficient as a blaze. [Surah An-Nisa, verses 55]
،

15. A Muslim’s heart does not hate three things. Rather, the interest in doing those always remains in his heart.

It was narrated by Zaid bin Thabit (RA) that The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “There are three things, the heart of a Muslim does not betray about them; 1. Sincerity in doing an action for the sake of Allah; 2. Being sincere towards the rulers of the Muslims; and 3. Adhering to the Jama’ah of them (i.e., the main body of the Muslims).” [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 230]
,

16. It is a big sin to ascribe something to Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) what He has not said.

Narrated Salamah (RA): I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, “Whoever ascribes to me what I have not said then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 109]
,

17. Those who disbelieve in Allah by their words & acts, and die while they are disbelievers, then surely Allah will punish them grisly.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Surely! Those who disbelieved in My Ayats (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), I shall burn them in Fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, I shall change them for other skins that they may taste the punishment. Truly, Allah is Ever Most Powerful, All-Wise. [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 56]
،

18. Those who believe in Allah and the Hereafter, and die while they are believers, then surely Allah will permit them to enter Paradise.

Allah Ta’ala said: “And those who believe and do good deeds, I shall admit them to Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), abiding therein forever. Therein they shall have purified wives, and I will admit them into a cool refreshing shade.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 57]
،

19. Those who give a religious legal decision by guessing or without knowledge, definitely rise their burden of sin.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (RA), The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “One who gives a (religious) legal decision ignorantly, then his (i.e., who accepts the religious legal decision and acts according to it) sin rests on the one who gave the religious legal decision to him.” [Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith No. 3657]
,

20. Showing people the wrong way is a serious sin.

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (RA), The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “If anyone beckons his brother to a thing, knowing that guidance lies in another direction, surely he has deceived him.” [Al-Mustadrak ala al-Sahihayn, Hadith No. 350]
,

21. To render trust (Amanat) and do justice to people are two essential tasks for everyone.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 58]
،

22. It is an essential act to obey the leader and follow his words only in good deeds and welfare works.

Allah Ta’ala said: “O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (ﷺ), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. So if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and best in the result.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 59]
،

23. The reward of teaching and spreading religious knowledge for the sake of Allah will continue to add to the record book of the believer after even his death.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (RA) said, “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “The rewards of the good deeds that will reach a believer after his death are: (Religious) Knowledge which he taught and spread; a righteous son whom he leaves behind; a copy of the Qur’an that he leaves as a legacy; a mosque that he built; a house that he built for wayfarers; a canal that he dug; or charity that he gave during his lifetime when he was in good health. These deeds will reach him after his death.” [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 242]
,

24. Bad deeds and sins make people slow down to enter Paradise.

Abu Hurairah (RA) reported the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) as saying: “If anyone pursues a path in search of knowledge, Allah will thereby make easy for him a path to Paradise; and whose action makes him slow, his genealogy will not speed him up.” [Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith No. 3643]
,

25. Hypocrite people do not want to obey Allah’s command, and they also dislike following the directions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him).

Allah Ta’ala said: “And when it is said to them: ‘Come to what Allah has sent down and to the Messenger’, you see the hypocrites turn away from you with aversion.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 61]
،

26. No one can be a true believer until he does not accept any decision of Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) sincerity.

Allah Ta’ala said: “But no, by your Lord, they will not (truly) believe, until they make you (O Muhammad) judge in all disputes between them, then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit with full submission.” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 65]
،

27. Every believer should focus on the concerns of the Hereafter in his all works.

Abdullah bin Mas’ud said (RA), I heard your Prophet (peace be upon him) say: “Whoever focuses all his concerns on one issue, the concerns of the Hereafter, Allah will suffice him for his worries of this world. But whoever wanders off in concern over different worldly issues, Allah will not care in which of these valleys he is destroyed.” [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 257]
,

28. Another meaning of the disappearance of knowledge is that scholars will not act according to religious knowledge.

It was narrated that Ziyad bin Labid (RA) said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioned something and said: “That will be at the time when knowledge disappears.” I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! how will knowledge disappear when we read the Qur’an and teach it to our children, until the Day of Resurrection?’ He (peace be upon him) said: “May your mother be bereft of you, Ziyad! I thought that you were the wisest man in Al- Madinah. Is it not the case that these Jews and Christians read the Tawrah and the Injil, but they do not act upon anything of what is in them?” [Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 4048]
,

29. Those who obey Allah and the Messenger will be with the best people in the Hereafter.

Allah Ta’ala said: “Those who obey Allah and the Messenger will be with those whom Allah has blessed: the prophets, the people of truth, the martyrs, and the righteous. What excellent companions they are!” [Surah An-Nisa, verse no. 69]

31. If you recite the Qur’an and act according to the Qur’an then the Qur’an will intercede for you to Allah, otherwise, the Qur’an will testify against you.

Abu Malik at-Ash’ari (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Cleanliness is half of faith and Al-Hamdu Lillah (all praise and gratitude is for Allah alone) fills the scale, and Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) and Al-Hamdu Lillah fill up what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is a light, and charity is proof (of one’s faith) and Patience is a brightness and the Holy Qur’an is a proof on your behalf or against you. All men go out early in the morning and sell themselves, thereby setting themselves free or destroying themselves.” [Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 4048]
